  When I returned from my trip to CA I was disappointed to discover that the egg cups (so cute-they look like silicone pants) I purchased had not been included in the box! I had display box! to my delight, upon calling the store, they immediately said that they would ship (at their cost)me my missing egg cups. Now that is customer service! Not only had I fallen in love with their store, and purchased items that were sure to become the most used in my kitchen, but I could now smile every time I used them knowing what lovely people had sold them to me:)
